Our Promise

This isn’t the legal fine print — that lives in our Terms and Privacy Policy. This is the short, human version: what you can count on when you trust us with something this personal.

   Your note stays up for as long as we're standing.

   That's the whole point of the name. Hosting isn't an add-on you can forget to renew — it's already paid for, forever, the day you send it. (Read the fine print in our policies.)

2. 02

   Change your mind, and we'll take it down.

   Any note, any time, no questions asked — just ask. (Keep your order ID somewhere safe; it's how we find it.)

3. 03

   Physical cards are packaged and posted fast — or you get your money back.

   Packaging takes 3–4 business days, then delivery takes another 3–4, depending on the courier. Miss that window on our side, and you can ask for a full refund.

   A Forever Note only ever leaves here out of love.

   Not spite, not spam, not a marketing gimmick. If it isn't kind, we don't want to send it.

5. 05

   Only someone with the link can ever open it.

   No public gallery, no search listing, no “explore” page. It exists for the one person it was made for. (Keep it safe — it's the only key there is.)

   Nothing to sign up for, nothing to lose.

   No account, no password, nothing that can get hacked or forgotten. A tap or a scan is the whole login.

7. 07

   Your photos and words are yours.

   We don't sell them, scan them for ads, or hand them to anyone. They exist to be read by one person, not mined.

   Typos happen — you get a few free fixes.

   Every note ships with a handful of edits after the fact, so one slip doesn't mean starting over.

   A real person reads every review before it's public.

   No bots, no filtered five-stars. If it's on the reviews page, someone here actually read it first.
